What is covered?

FOR BUYERS

We cover everything the manufacturer or the distributor covers. Please take a look at each individual vaporizer page on this website to learn about the coverage details. You need to register your product within the first 30 days of purchase in order to qualify for coverage. Most vaporizer manufacturer's do not cover glass parts or accessories. These parts are also not covered with us. Please make sure to learn about coverage details before you purchase a plan. You can always contact us if you have any questions via email, support@vapewarranty.com or you can fill out the contact us form. We respond to each question within 24 hours. 

If you purchased a product through an online seller who has an established account with us, they will provide you a unique code which is called QR code. This code will provide you a full coverage of your unit for the duration specified in your seller's plan with us. You need to make sure that you entered this code during your product registration. If you have not received this code, please contact your seller to see if they have an account with us and if they can provide the code for you.

 

FOR SELLERS

We provide multiple packages for vaporizer sellers to offer full product warranty coverages for their buyers. Our coverages are same/similar to the respective manufacturer's coverages. The duration of the coverage is determined by the package you select. Once you establish an account with us. We will provide the following services for your buyers who have issues with their vaporizers:

- Customer service: Your buyers will register their products with us in order to obtain customer service, replacements and return processing. All sellers are assigned a unique code which needs to be communicated to the buyers after the purchase of the vaporizer. The customers need to register their product with us using this unique code. Customers who experience problems with their units will receive customer service from us in order to process their returns and receive their new items.

 

- Return/Replacement Processing: We will process all returns from your customers and will also process replacements for your customers. 

 

- Communication/Reporting: You will receive confirmation for each return processing.
